Spelling and abbreviations were often spelled wrong for birthplaces and occupations. In this transcription, as for Race, "M" is used for both Mulatto and Mongoloid. Those listed as "Mon" are noted as such in the "Remarks" column. Enumerator instructions were to note those with disabilities such as Deaf and Dumb, Blind, Insane (common disabilities) in the appropriate column. This enumerator noted everything from "infidelity" to "Unknown". An X is found in the column with the alleged infirmity, within " " marks as the last entry in the "Remarks" column. All are transcribed exactly as the Enumerator wrote them.
