I compiled this from microfilm and a good many pages are very faint and 
extremely hard to read.  I have used two different sources of microfilm 
and also used regular and magnified machines in the hopes of recording 
the names accurately.  After completion, I went back and verified what I 
had transcribed; however, it has not been verified by a second person.  
I have made every effort to provide as much accuracy as I possibly could.
