TRANSCRIBER'S NOTES
This census abstract was transcribed from US Federal Census Microfilm 653-1252 
and was keyed as nearly like the microfilm as possible.  
The first page was dark and a few lines were unreadable.  
When a letter or letters were unreadable, an asterisk was used to replace the unreadable letters. 
When an entire word was unreadable or missing, U was inserted in place of the missing or unreadable word.  
Spellings were keyed as they appeared.  
Some letters such as lowercase r & s, o & a, and e & i were hard to differentiate.
