UTAH Iron County 1870 Federal Census

The town of Paragoonah is now spelled Paragonah.

The town of Eagleville is no longer in existence.  

From a comparison of the names in the census and histories of Nevada, 
we believe Eagleville was in the area west of Iron County called Eagle Valley in Nevada.

Iron City was originally transcribed by Morris Shirts of Cedar City, Utah, 
and his notes were used to complete this transcription.  
The original microfilm was quite pale, and he was able to get a slightly 
darker copy then donated it to the Southern Utah University Library.   
I am able to get copies of individual pages if requested.
